Who we are

What information we collect

We collect personal data only where you choose to give it to us, or where it is necessary for the website to function:

• Contact form submissions — the name, email address, organisation, subject and message you enter when you contact us.
• Direct correspondence — any information you include when you email or call us.
• Technical and usage data — standard server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (such as pages visited and approximate region). This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver work you have asked us about, and to keep records of our correspondence. We use technical and usage data to keep the site secure and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Lawful basis

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, running our business and keeping the website secure. Where we are discussing or delivering a piece of work, processing may also be necessary for the performance of a contract.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses a small number of cookies necessary for it to function correctly. Where analytics are enabled, they are configured to respect your privacy and to avoid storing data that identifies you personally. Your browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies at any time; doing so may affect how parts of the site work.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the website and our business — for example hosting, email and analytics providers — and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you contact us again or where we are required to retain records. We review what we hold periodically and remove what is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Denmark, this is Datatilsynet. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ondynamics.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The website is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected and to limit what we collect to what we actually need.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or in the law. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review it occasionally.
