Your instructor
Hugo Herrera (BEng, MCP, MCTS) is a Lead Dynamics 365 and AI Solutions Architect and the author of Packt’s Microsoft Power Platform Solutions Architect’s Handbook. Across 15 years designing and shipping enterprise solutions on the Microsoft stack, his career includes time supporting Microsoft themselves and their enterprise customers. Today he builds production agentic systems with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and the Microsoft Agent Framework, including a multi-agent platform he uses every day, and he has sat the new AB-100 Agentic AI exam.
